★ VAD系列混流風(fēng)機(jī)具有可靠的性能和耐久力，采用鼓形風(fēng)筒、錐形輪轂葉輪, 風(fēng)壓高、風(fēng)量大、噪音低、耗電省、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等優(yōu)點(diǎn),臥式、立式安裝均可,適用于直管道和加壓送排風(fēng),材料可用玻璃鋼或鋼制作,也可制成屋頂式、進(jìn)出風(fēng)口可加設(shè)消音器應(yīng)用：工業(yè)和民用建筑的送排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。
Model VAD axial flow fans are adopted with drum-shape blow dryer、cone-shape wheel, which have excellent performance and durability and other advantages such as high air pressure、large air volume、low noise、low power consumption、compact structure. And which with both horizontal and vertical type can be installed. They are suitable for straight pipe and pressurized air supply and exhaust system; we can adopt steel or glass fiber as rough material. We also can produce the product as roof-shape type; assemble the silencer at the wind inlets and outlets: air supply and exhaust system for industrial & civil buildings.

★VAD風(fēng)機(jī)符合國際《汽車庫，修車庫，停車庫設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》的要求，可用于上述場合的排煙和通風(fēng)使用作為兩用風(fēng)機(jī)。

The Partial stress is evenly located and spread .The blade design is high efficiency and energy saving .It runs smoothly ring operation and low noise . The fan is reliable and stable when running at high temperature.

The VAD blade fabrication is taking advantage of good quality and high efficiency mechanical molds .this ensures Surface curves is stable for each single blade .the size are all identical ,and the mass distribution is even. This feature set up a good foundation for long time stable running.
★VAD風(fēng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)采用一體式法蘭加工，設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度高，風(fēng)機(jī)可以落地安裝和水平吊裝，垂直吊裝等。
The VAD fan motor is located in a special chamber, and isolated from air stream .The pressure in the motor chamber is negative when the fan is running, and sucks in outside clean/cool air positively through a special tube.
★VAD葉片具有多種規(guī)格，配合各種電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速或雙速電機(jī)，十分靈活。

◆命名規(guī)范
Naming Convention
★該系列風(fēng)機(jī)分為四種機(jī)型：Four types
1.VAD單速風(fēng)機(jī)有VAD-A-B-C三種機(jī)型，直筒結(jié)構(gòu)，流量大，全壓高，噪聲低，效率高。
3. VAD Single speed fan, with VAD-A-B-C three types, straight pipe structure, large discharge, low noise, high efficiency
4.VAD-S雙速系列，可變速運(yùn)行，用于變風(fēng)量，變風(fēng)壓的場合。
4. VAD-S Double speed series can be operated by adjustable speed, and suitable for the places with variable air volume and air pressure.
